Discover the Tramuntana coast from Port de Sóller

Discover the wonders of the north coast of Mallorca and its most spectacular corners.

From Hotel Aimia we propose several boat trips to enjoy the most beautiful and hidden corners of the island, among which Sa Foradada and its unforgettable view of the sea and the sunset, Sa Calobra and its spectacular cliffs and Cala Tuent and its crystal clear waters, surrounded by pine forests stand out.

Sa Foradada

To reach the Foradada peninsula by boat and enjoy a route along the Mallorcan coast, we suggest renting a boat in the Port of Soller.

Soller Charter Experience offers several quality boats (Agarimo V, Black Bullet, Ivory) so that you can relax and enjoy a peaceful trip contemplating the marvellous landscapes of the mountains and the sea.

Sa Foradada has several ideal places for snorkelling, including its jetty, protected from the wind by the cliffs, which makes both sailing and diving easier. If you don't have your own snorkelling equipment, you can rent high quality, affordable snorkelling equipment from Octopus Diving in Puerto de Soller.

A good place to stop and eat in Sa Foradada is the Mediterranean restaurant Mirador de Na Foradada, which specialises in rice dishes and seafood.

Sa Calobra

One of the most famous excursions in Mallorca is the one to Sa Calobra and Torrent de Pareis. It is especially advisable to do it by boat due to the difficulty of the road to Sa Calobra.

Sail to Sa Calobra and enjoy a beautiful journey from Puerto de Soller. Once there, you can relax in the rocky cove of Sa Calobra or visit the Torrent de Pareis, which crosses the area and flows into the beach itself, an ideal place to take a dip and relax with friends, family or your partner.

The boat trip takes approximately one hour. Barcos azules offers a fleet of boats departing from Port de Soller to Sa Calobra on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays at 11:30 am, and from Sa Calobra to Port de Soller on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays at 4:00 pm.

Cala Tuent

Barcos azules also offers a trip to Cala Tuent, a secluded and unspoilt cove in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana. Its leafy forests and secluded location make it one of the most beautiful and hidden corners of the island, allowing you to discover the most authentic Mallorca.

The boat trip there takes approximately 50 minutes and has daily departures (although advance booking is necessary).

Other proposals to enjoy a day's sailing from Puerto de Soller and a relaxing trip around the bay are:

Rent a boat with Soller Charter Experience. Charter Experience offers numerous options for you to choose the one that best suits your needs and desires, but one of the most interesting is undoubtedly the Charter Sunset: a boat with daily departures from the Port of Soller, from 20:00 to 21:30 to toast with friends or family while you enjoy the views of the bay of Port de Soller and the sunset.

Book a private boat and depart from the hotel to Cala Deià to celebrate a special occasion (anniversaries, silver wedding anniversary...), have dinner in one of its most famous and recommended restaurants (Cas Patró March) and return to the hotel.

From the reception of the Aimia Hotel we will be happy to advise you about these excursions and help you plan them down to the smallest detail so that everything goes smoothly. If you have any questions about timetables, prices or routes to Sa Foradada, Sa Calobra and Cala Tuent, just ask us! We will be happy to help you at any time.
